What is the minimum order and what are the delivery charges?

The minimum order is $30.

For purchases below $50, a flat delivery fee of $7.50 applies.

Orders above $50 comes with free delivery to a single address

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders will be done via Fruits Kaki’s delivery team. Once the Covid-19 situation eases, self-collection may be made available.

How Long Will It Take To Get My fruits?

Deliveries are made on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays between 6pm to 9pm.

Do you have a cut-off time for delivery?

What if I have multiple locations for delivery?

You can place separate orders for each location. As long as each order hits a minimum of $50, it will come with free delivery. Otherwise, each order needs to be at least $30 and there will be a delivery fee of $7.50.

How do I use my discount code/coupon/voucher?

All discount codes can be entered on the checkout page for the discounts to apply.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Registering an account is not necessary to make purchases.

However, we highly recommend opening an account for more discounts and ease of future purchases as your delivery details will be saved. As you buy more, your account will be tier-upgraded and more discounts and deals will be automatically added when you make new purchases.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

How Can I Return a Product?

We are happy to arrange for an exchange of any fruits that are found to be spoiled or rotten upon delivery.

Spotting and bruising are common occurrences for fruits, and often indicators that the fruits are fresh and taste great!

Do check your fruits as soon as you receive the fruits. Take a photo of the fruits if you have any questions and send it to us via Whatsapp (82339160 – Crist or 98552999 – Desmond) and we will advise accordingly.
